    Clinical Supervision

Monty has years of experience of providing individual and group supervision to those seeking clinical licensure. He is very connected to the staff at the Behavioral Science Regulatory Board and seeks clarification and answers to the “grey” areas of clinical practice. He is available to supervisees 24 hours a day and ready to assist as needed. He does hold supervisees accountable to learn and develop their theoretical approach to therapy. He expects supervisees to personally grow and develop as they seek to help others. His 28 years of clinical experience and his current teaching at the University of Kansas and Ottawa University is very valuable to the supervision process. Monty seeks to give back to the community and to new upcoming therapists.
